For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Workload: Flexible (approximately 4–8 hours per day, depending on project phase)

Creating high-quality concepts of sci-fi buildings and industrial facilities
Developing detailed concepts based on given references, mood boards, and the established visual direction
Maintaining consistency with the project’s style and technical requirements
Using 3D tools
Exploring design ideas and variations efficiently, while ensuring all final concepts meet the required level of polish
