We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of driving profitable and sustainable growth for our game development studio.

Our team does:
— HTML5 game development and porting;
— Сasino Game Development (slots, table games, sports);
— Concept art and 2D/3D graphics;
— iOS/Android development;
— Unity development.

win Win Games is a professional game development studio that produces high-quality games and entertainment apps of varying complexity and design requirements across different platforms and markets. Based in Kyiv, Ukraine and offices in Europe, with a global client footprint spanning worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take ownership of driving profitable and sustainable growth for our game development studio by implementing an inbound marketing strategy and building awareness of the brand.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the development and management of inbound marketing strategy, account-based marketing activities and brand management.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Challenges you’ll meet:

Inbound marketing strategy.
Developing, leading and executing a strategic marketing plan
Developing and implementing UVP
Updating current and alternative ICP’s
Developing, updating and managing internal content plan
Working on market research and analysis
Launching advertising campaigns (including SEO, PPC, content marketing activities, and PR)
Collaborating effectively with Sales, HR and Research Manager on defining targets and Reaching KPI

Account-based marketing.
Defining target accounts;
Developing Customer success road map;
Launching and optimizing lead nurturing campaigns on every step of the customer journey path and sales stages
Working with social networks (Social media, Display ads, infographics and white papers)

Brand Management
Development of digital marketing plans for internal and external marketing brand
Working with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics
content creation (SMM, articles for targeted media, job sites, etc.)
external IT-events production and marketing
partnerships events (conferences, job fairs, etc) and managing employees' speakerships ( publications in targeted media)

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Your professional qualities:
3+ years of experience in the Marketing field
min 1-year experience in leading and managing a marketing team or projects
Excellent written and presentation skills
Experience in creating and implementing a marketing plan that builds awareness and drives leads with achieved results
Being familiar with the processes in the IT industry
Advanced written and spoken English. (C1)
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business developers, project managers, designers, and product managers.

Specific Skills we are looking for:
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), and paid advertising.
- Content Marketing: Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills to oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills to communicate marketing strategies and results to C Level management.
- Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing roles / senior marketing roles , with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Gaming Industry Experience: Prior experience and familiarity with the gaming industry in marketing roles for game development companies or gaming platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the dynamic and rapidly evolving gaming industry, staying updated on new trends and technologies.


Nice to have:
Digital Marketing Certifications: Optional but beneficial certifications in areas such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Listings campaigns or HubSpot ABM.
