Head of Growth/Brand Marketing Manager

​We are an early-stage AI/gamedev startup building an infrastructure for on-device AI in gaming. We’re moving fast, the tech is solid, and now we need a Growth Engine to own the market. This isn't a job for a corporate manager; we need a "founding-level" marketer who can build a department from scratch using AI, data, and grit. This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of AI, gaming culture, and storytelling, and wants to build a brand from the ground up.

• Distribution & PR: Find where devs and AI-professionals hang out (X, Reddit, Discord, niche newsletters, etc.). 

• ​We don't just want "posts", we want real presence. 

• ​You’ll lead our community, connect with influencers, and get people talking about what we’re building.

Performance & Ads: When we find a winning angle, you scale it. You must know how to run targeted ads (LinkedIn, Google, Meta,etc) and track the ROI. 

Own the Voice: We’re building this by devs, for devs. Our team is a mix of industry vets from the AAA, indie, and esports. We want our 'build-in-public' journey to feel like a real conversation, minus the usual startup buzzwords. You're telling the story of gamers building for gamers.

AI-Driven Marketing: We’re a lean team and we love automation. You’ll have the freedom to build your own "AI stack" (using agents and tools) to handle research and drafts, allowing you to focus on high-level strategy and creativity.

Content & Visuals: You’ll be the creative lead for our social presence. You’ll ideate and draft the content, while our designer helps with the visuals and our tech team provides the ideas and product demos to keep things authentic.

We’re looking for a fellow optimist, someone who’s always on top of the latest trends, loves building their own AI pipelines, and treats LLMs as a superpower to move faster, not just a way to skip writing. If you love experimenting with AI as much as we do, you’ll feel right at home. We’ll show you our tech stack and teach you the ropes, as long as you bring the obsession and the drive to experiment with us.

Fluent "Native-Level" English: You write in a simple, punchy, and conversational English. We’re looking for someone who can communicate with the ease of a native speaker.

Gaming DNA: We’ve spent our lives in-game and in-engine. Our team is a mix of industry vets who’ve shipped everything from massive AAA titles to cult indies, with a deep background in esports. But beyond the resumes, we’re still those hardcore gamers who truly love the industry and the community. We didn’t just join the gaming world; we grew up in it, and we’re building for the people we’ve been our whole lives.

Smart with Data: You don't need to live in spreadsheets, but you should appreciate how data (like conversion rates and CAC) helps us make better decisions.

The "Hustler" Mindset: You’re proactive and enjoy the autonomy of a startup. You’re not just an employee; you’re a key player in our growth.
